| | A brief History |
Way back yonder in 2004 or so members of what was known as The Eagles Nest decided to branch off and form their own club to be known as the Enclave. The idea was simple - be nice and attract good quality people to join. Gaming Skills were not to be a factor in recruitment- this gave people a chance to learn from one another and grow as teammates.
The Enclave flourished for the most part - the server was always full, membership was at an all time high and The Enclave was well known in most circles as a respectable clan.
A few years later after the release of newer Battlefield games the Enclave decided to switch to Battlefield 2- some members left the clan while others were recruited to fill the void.
In late 2008 a few that left The Enclave ran into each other and decided the time was right to bring the Enclave spirit back to Battlefield Vietnam come hell or high water.
They worked diligently setting up a proper server and web site, recruiting former members and feverishly tracking down the famed and beloved BF Maxigun Mod creator BoB D nitro.
Eventually their paths did cross with the legendary Frenchmen who so tirelessly created one of the most in depth but ill timed mods of all time.
This is the tale of a few brave souls who dared defied the "new game" and all of its useless, robotic and boorish ways - this is the tale of The Enclave-Battlefield Vietnam clan reborn !!! Small, stubborn and a bit foolish perhaps, we are here to make our mark and show our dedication to this wonderful game and to all who have played here before us.
